A major power outage affecting the Equinix AM4 data center has left our affected services offline for approximately three days. This is a wider infrastructure incident affecting multiple providers and many servers, including ours.
Our website and client panel were also affected. The client panel has now been restored from a backup and is available at:
https://panel.offshore-servers.com/
However, affected customer servers and hosting services remain offline. The restoration of our client panel does not mean that these services have been restored. We do not yet have a confirmed restoration time.
